My Name is Greg Brown and I am a full-time Keyboardist/Pianist, Vocalist, Composer, Arranger, Producer and Instructor.
I have been involved in music since childhood and have passionately loved music all of my life. I have successfully owned and operated 5 Smooth Stones Music Studio over 20 years and am blessed to be able to pursue my passion going into my 21st year. I offer personalized private instruction in piano or keyboard as well as voice lessons and vocal training.

1978 – 1st Place in the Air Force Worldwide Talent Competition in Vocal Group category
1978 – Voted best of Show at Air Force Worldwide Talent competition
1978 – 1982 – Performed Classical Music with the Northwest Florida College NWFC Choir and Orchestra
1997 – Current – Opened 5 Smooth Stones Music Studio
1997 – 1999 – Academy Choir Director for “Rocky Bayou Christian School” Academy Choir
1982 – 1992 – Musical Director at Gregg Chapel AME Church
1998 – Performed at Carnegie Hall with Maestro John Rutter. Invited back 3 years in a row.
2004 – Musical Director for the “Oz Theater’s” production of the Broadway Musical “Annie”
2006 – Composed the musical score for the short film “Flawed Proposal” for entry in the Sundance Film Festival
2007 – Released debut CD “Songs of My Father” 12 tracks of Smooth Jazz flavored instrumentals
2014 – Musical Director for the stage production”Generations: A Collection of Black American Music” at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center
2014 – Rehearsal Pianist for the Joffrey School of Ballet Masterclass/Audition under the direction of Mr. Davis Robertson, Artistic Director of the Joffrey Ballet School.
